At The Pandemonium Institute, we want you to be completely satisfied with your avant-garde fashion choices. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn state.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
